Its gotta be recency bias, I don’t think people realize how bad GT/ Bardock shells were. At least we see some sort of variation this time around, even though the fusions are prevalent, in top 8 for season 2 EVERY single team was Bardock/ GT and some beam assist/ Kid Buu, if you didnt pay attention to the names of the players you’d have no idea who was actually participating in the matches, that’s how bad it was.

I think he lost on purpose because Zane coming from loser would have been the harder match up. This shit has meta to it.
I don't think he purposely lost the problem with wawa and the other French people, it's that he underestimates the other players because he plays the game more than the other players
