Wet is generally called(at least in europe) to the dry one( because you have to get it wet. And preoreg for the pre impergnated one, wich is sticky, not wet

Nope #1 sample is wet carbon since you have to apply the resin. #2 is the dry carbon since you don’t apply the wet carbon.

'Wet Carbon' = Carbon Fibre cloth that requires resin to be poured/painted onto it.
