Remember back in the day before low cost airlines every passenger would have got a meal, drink from the bar and coffee on 757 and 767 in a 3 3 configuration or a 2-3-2 configurstion with no empty middle seat.

I’m surprised there is enough time to deliver a business class service on such a short flight. Especially if there were to be a big load in the cabin
