I am netafim drip irrigation customer from Tamilnadu. Please prepare video for maintenance of tank, filters , drippers and flashing. It's very useful for farmers to mantain system. If it's done you system is good and your company name will maintain long. Karthi.
Best irrigation system for sugarcane is Central Pivot system, it can meet all heights which u need for different varieties and it is movable so u can till your field by whatever your tillage method is.
It's very good & useful method of sugarcane crop...i already installed this my 2ha field...

Great model 👍🏻 but I have a doubt like- you said the drip line would be dig from 15-25cm from the surface so how would the ploughing work ? Im from India and we are not even near to that kinda projects. ☹️

Now a days few sugarcane does not cut directly, in some cases people lit fire in sugarcane farm. Once everything get burned, sugarcane harvest start.. in this case what will happen to this drip ?

how do you harvest? if you harvest it by machine, then it will damage the drip tubes.

Hi James, it works for all harvesting types. The drippers are installed under the ground so they protected from the harvesting machines possible damages
@@Netafim you just can't till the soil for the next crop, otherwise you risk catching a pipe with the plow and ripping the thing out of the ground.

Either you have it above ground on tresses, like for grapes, or it is sub-surface in which case you'll be ripping it out of the ground the following year.

@@petert3355 in my view propelled type sprinkler system is best. Drip system is helpful in few crops only where interculture operations are not required frequently.

This is the technology what we need to adopt.. actually drip irrigation system is very essential during now a days where our planet is having limited source of water. But we idiots are not understanding d importance of water Nd just wasting our natural resource.
I am sure production may be increased and a bit water be saved if an automatic irrigation system is employed with suitable moisture sensors like that of Base.line.
put the genome of alovera with sugar cane with bamboo tree genome with melons genome mixing so we got more sugar
sarda mix with sugarcane genome so we got more complex compound for sugar

How to calculate qty of water required for per acree Sugarcane
The problem is tillering after 3 tov4 months pof planting sugarcane the drip hose pipes will stuck to tiller wheel

Wonderful to see ! But in practice, very uneasy as far as my experience is concerned.
Practical difficulties must also be disclosed so that any users/ farmers could understand.
First trenches for pipeline, laying of PVC pipes , filling of trenches without damaging PVC pipes, laying of laterals with tractors, again filling out the balance depth of the trenches and leveling up the fields. At last, connect the main pipe with our pump set to check any damage anywhere !
Erecting filters, adjustable valves also take some risks.

Israeli technology is the best in irrigation, but it's implementation by our Indian makes it unaffordable for common farmers in Tamil Nadu !
