A timely session with Darol's former student who is now a 5-time Grand National Fiddle champion and just before this interview won the Grand Master Fiddle crown, in Nashville, Tennessee.
It’s Tristan Clarridge, who toured the world with Crooked Still for 6 years, and played in my Republic Of Strings and Jeremy Kittel’s band. He has run his own music camp with his sister Tashina for the last 15 years, held near Mount Shasta, California.
