The flute in the intro is probably the most beautiful sound I have ever heard in my life. The whole arrangement and production is just awe inspiring not to mention the lyrics and melodies, I would like for people to recognise that this is a masterpiece of epic proportions. Critics were wrong, their negative reviews don’t even make sense with regards to this record and it’s influence is enormous.

I acquired this album, I think it was in the early 90s, I think I listened to it once, and I don't even remember this cut.
It just wasn't up to snuff because of Phil Spector. While Spector did a lot of great things in music, he really missed the mark on this one.
And he also missed the mark as to how to treat human beings so now he's paying the price.
It was absolutely up to snuff, it is a masterpiece. His personal life is a separate issue. He did not miss the mark at all in any way shape or form. It is sublime. Get some headphones and listen to it in mono and loud , aside from ‘Fingerprints’ every track is great, inspiring and beautiful.
