  • The very existence of Nirguna is to celebrate the rich and diverse cultural traditions of India through handloom and handicrafts. A significant finding while working in different clusters was to notice the influence of local culture and traditions on the designs and patterns on the weave. So, the need was felt to document the folk culture and traditions. Thus began our journey: "Heritage Trails"
In the first of the series, we present Radha Prema Leela from Ganjam, Odisha. Mr. Hari Sahu was playing the role of Krishna during 1950s till mid 1960s. We are thankful to him and his team to share their story.
This piece is a mangalacharan shloka followed by the famous song "leela Nidhi Hey"!
    More to follow soon!
