- Welcome to our Travel Day vlog!
We honestly had the wildest travel day! We checked into the hotel, went to Hollywood Studios and did 3/4 rides there, went to Epcot and did Soarin' and then went to Disney Springs for dinner at the Boat House, coffee at Everglazed and some shopping around the springs. Luckily we had a nap on the plane because we were awake for a really long time!
We flew with Virgin Economy Delight. Last time we flew Premium with British Airways.
We went in April and literally had the most incredible holiday ever! So we booked it again for November.
This time we did things a little differently - we stayed at the Art of Animation hotel rather than a villa, we only did Disney and Universal and we only hired a car for a few days. We spent Ryan's birthday here and we had a VERY special day on the 2nd of December.
We hope you love this series just as much as you loved the one from April... we enjoyed it just as much!
We went from the 27th of November to the 6th of December and trust me... it was still warm enough for shorts! (Although we did pack a spirit jersey for the mornings and evenings).

Hey Newbie here and loved this video you guys packed in so much love getting there on an early flight makes such a difference. I always go in August/September but thinking of changing it up the next time we go and thinking November/December I used to work there so have seen it all christmasy but my daughter hasn't and its on her list and she would prefer the weather. Seems like you flew out on Thanksgiving weekend how were the crowds on your trip ? Im used to low waits in September haha.

Thank you so much for watching! Aww I’m sure your daughter will love it during Christmas season! We found the queue times really reasonable, we flew out on thanksgiving (I think) so it was pretty quiet after. We did lightning lanes some days but parks like Animal Kingdom really didn’t require one. I’ve heard that August/ September can be really busy (and hot). We found November/ December was perfect for us as it was a little cooler haha

Just came across your channel and really like you and the wife said so friendly and bubbly . Travel day is always exciting . Agree about BA over virgin as we don’t fly virgin anymore as in our opinion they’ve gone backwards in service and quality but thats a personal opinion . I’ll catch the other half later as have to take mum shopping . We’re from near Luton so very handy for Luton 10 mins back road for European trips and Heathrow about 30 mins dead handy . I’ll subscribe and enjoy your channel thanks guys wonderful channel . Ps we’ve just hit 50 but feel like kids lol

We’ve just booked again for November and although the flight time was a little later we chose BA just because we preferred the flight!
We work near Luton, it’s a great airport to fly from isn’t it!

@@worldpadlock5628 we’ve had a few trips in last year. We’ve visited Spain belfast lithuania Poland and kosovo in March to a bear 🐻 sanctuary we’ve always wanted to visit . Then have a well earned break as I’m sick of airports and hotels lol

Haha I don’t blame you! We did start to but after a few hours it got quite hard to breathe! No they were pretty relaxed about it actually
When we went in October we got to our hotel at 6 and I went straight to House of Blues as I was invited in before the doors opened for the War on Drugs. Had to be there for 18:30. Landed at 5 and only person in the venue 90 mins later.

We always like to stay at the airport the night before; one because we don’t want to get stuck in traffic and miss the flight, and two because we like to add an extra night to the holiday 😋

If your interested on upgrading your camera purchase check out the sony zv1 and the zv e10 . They both shoot in 4k and are nice and light.

Omg my near perfect day! You must have been shattered! Few questions did you prefer Virgin or BA in the end? We flew WTP with BA and we’re bitterly disappointed. Can you not do twilight case drop with Virgin?
Parks still look quite busy! You did so much! The Boathouse one of my fav places to eat and I had 2 of the duck duck razz drinks as he brought an extra to the table by mistake. My daughter could not get over how I went from stone cold sober to absolutely bladdered on a duck cocktail 🤣🤣 they really are strong! 😂

Handy tip to get to Disney Springs from any of the parks for free , hop on a Disney resort bus for Saratoga Springs and it’s a quick walk from there to Springs

We booked directly through the Virgin website - we preferred the British Airways flight but loved landing that bit earlier this time!! xx

What airport did you fly from?
Why are you using the term fastpass instead of lightning lane? I had to check your vlog title to make sure I wasn’t watching an old vlog.
Just been going for a while and and have the terminology for before it was called lightning lane! All the same thing haha
How did you find Economy Delight over premium economy? we are looking at Virgin next year and its an option x thanks so much for sharing a fab travel day - looking forward to watching the rest of your trip x
Truthfully we much preferred BA premium economy… but don’t let that put you off! Virgin was very good still x
