@ I recommend staying and grinding ur standless. Get Haki (only buso) for it and go get Gomu. After u got gomu, try getting it to ascension 2 to unlock gear 2 (obv get buso Haki again). Now u would be able to defeat certain bosses. I recommend getting either gear 5 (get gomu to ascension 10) or get cid (the grind is hella painful but it’s worth the grind)

Tips for beating luffy using gomu: First is get buso haki then just spam rifle,bazooka and war axe just walk away when it's on CD, i defeated him and law in like 10 minutes using this tech
