The cheating situation is the reason I haven’t switched to PC yet. Though the Xim situation on Xbox is quite annoying, and is still considered cheating, I can still combat Xim players with little to no issue at all. The cheating on Xbox does not compare to spin botting, wall hacks, etcetera, found exclusively on PC.
I'd imagine that part of it is that Blitz can easily close distance, while Monty would need to fight from farther away more often. Also, Monty is *supposed* to draw attention, and a suppressor might not be the best fit for that.

Is there a specific reason you run suppressor on blitz but not monty? is the sound worth that much just because you're being more aggressive/faster?
