The real challenge would be to find/ prepare wholesome and nutritional (vegetarian) meals from different countries-since that’s what you’re going for. Bruh-shetta i beleive is the British pronounciation. But you are right, in the Italian language it's Broosh-ketta. All in all both the pronounciation's are absolutely correct.
It's a proper noun, it can be pronounced any way, though some people think their pronunciation is better.

Bro 12:20 it was not ghee , it was butter , when butter is cooked in a dish for long time it turns into clarified butter (ghee) but it tastes different because it's cooked with an item. Conclusion it's texture is like ghee but taste way different
