Stop that little boy from playing with sticks. That's how he broke the window in the first place. He needs to be disciplined more. He's a cute little boy, but unruly. Buy him toy trucks and cars. As a matter of fact, buy all the kids drawing pads, colored pencils, crayons, puzzles, games, etc. To keep them occupied. Kids need to keep busy and have fun times.
He likes to hit things. Hopefully, he will get over this when he gets older, but the time to discipline him is NOW.
