the thing with rouge, it goes absolutely fire in pre hardmode. but in hardmode, you fucking die. in hardmode you REGRET ever going rouge. aswell as in post moonlord, but atleast you get an adrenaline rush after polterghast since you can unlock MANY good things.

Calamity un-nerfing the reaver shark is one of many reasons why I think the CalDevs and CalCom simply do not know what balance is.

It's because a 10% chance to get it isn't very big. It's not tiny, of course, but it's small enough to be a problem; on any given attempt, you're far less likely to get it than to not, after all. The probablility of beating the Twins 20 times, and failing that 10% roll every time, is ~12.1577%, or about the same as losing 3 coin tosses in a row. That is, the chance to _not_ get the Arbalest after beating them 20 times is a bit higher than the chance to get the Arbalest from them on the first try.
So, a bit unlucky, but not statistically weird.

To everyone wanting GFB Infernum, as of now, the mod that allows Master mode and FTW compatibility with Infernum does not offer the same compatibility for GFB. You'll have to wait until that compatibility is added or a separate mod release that does it.

stealth strikes are extremly important pre-hardmode, you deadass deal no damage otherwise. especially with cobalt knifes you want to abuse the homing. may not have even needed to rely on them if you just got rogue armor and used stealth early on
