By dieting they are also avoiding the foods that many people their age eat, fried foods, sweets, etc. Some of them are too thin compared to normal people. Who's #6 when they're all introducing themselves in the beginning? This is my first time seeing this group, but purely based off of this video, she's by far the best dancer out of the group. Her footwork, balance, rhythm, power, precision, and especially her head/upper body control is leagues above everyone else.

Okay, after watching the video 9 times, I've made a ranking, but I want to start by saying all 7 are really good dancers. 1) SuMin - Precise, effortless, and powerful. Yes yes yes. 2) NaHyun - This was tough, because she's incredible, but you can tell she's trying to hit everything hard. She could be the best with a different style of dance, or by just relaxing a little. 3) D.ana - The energy and fluidity is there, but she makes some small mistakes and is a bit sloppy at times. 4) EuiJin - This was also tough. Precision wise, she's much better than D.ana, but as others have pointed out her movements are stiff. Those saying she shouldn't be lead dancer should also remember she's probably in charge of dance practice when the girls are alone, which is its own skill entirely. 5) High.D - Very precise and powerful (I'm pleasantly surprised!), but she doesn't have the torso isolation that the other girls do, which is detrimental in this style. 6) New Sun - I don't really have any complaints, but even as I'm focusing on her, her energy is drowned out by the other girls. I think with confidence and experience she could easily climb this ranking. 7) MinJae - "I'm doing what the choreographer told me." Her movements are a bit slow and lacking commitment. She needs to focus on dancing with all her strength.
Interesting. I would put Nahyun a lot lower down on the list, and Eujin maybe a little higher. To me, Nahyun is the one who looks stiff, and Eujin has a lot of charisma, which is important to the artistic aspect of dance. To me, Eujin looks like she's genuinely having a good time, while I feel like you can see the wheels turning in Nahyun's head about how to be perfect. Just my opinion, of course
I also think Nahyun should rank a little lower, she wants to hit everything so powerfully, which is good in itself, that it comes off quite sloppy. She didn't hold her stance @ 2:21 because she tried too hard, while she did it fine the other times when she wasn't upfront. Just my two cents. On another note, Sumin is really amazing, really effortless.

Nowadays it's rare to see a girl group with a choreography beyond a lot of hip wiggling, and pretty hand gestures. I really like how Sonamoo is a lot more dynamic than that. Usually it's just boy groups doing the really interesting and intense dances. It's a real breath of fresh air, I must say.

I love all of their voices! The rappers too. Usually, the other rapper(s) really turned me off when I hear the rap parts but this one's just fantastic! When I'm watching this dance practice, it really kind of reminds me of After School. Not because of the dance (it's obviously not the same choreo as AS) but for some reason that I don't even know how to express it. But overall, DAEBAK!
I like this group. I think ts entertainment is smart because of all the publicity they are getting from the bap incident they are making this group more popular by increasing mv views and they are being searched for on the internet. There is no such thing a bad publicity afterall

Nowadays it's rare to see a girl group with a choreography beyond a lot of hip wiggling, and pretty hand gestures. I really like how Sonamoo is a lot more dynamic than that. Usually it's just boy groups doing the really interesting and intense dances. It's a real breath of fresh air, I must say.

they didnt release dance practice video of BAP bcoz they know they can make money from those vid.remember when TS said that they will release BAP dance practice vid if BABYS can hit 3 million view in just 3 days? get it??
TS was like "hey instead of release their dance practice freely just like that, why dont we take this as advantage to challenge the fans to hit more views in just short period?well..since more views means more money.."

I love all of their voices! The rappers too. Usually, the other rapper(s) really turned me off when I hear the rap parts but this one's just fantastic! When I'm watching this dance practice, it really kind of reminds me of After School. Not because of the dance (it's obviously not the same choreo as AS) but for some reason that I don't even know how to express it. But overall, DAEBAK!

I like this group. I think ts entertainment is smart because of all the publicity they are getting from the bap incident they are making this group more popular by increasing mv views and they are being searched for on the internet. There is no such thing a bad publicity afterall
