    Hi Ryan I reckon that's going to be a very nice tree, surprised you worked on the roots, is the best time to do that work on a hawthorn ? I have a couple but delaying repots to the end of Feb, thanks Ryan.

      Hi Joe, i do my hawthorn this time of year and had no problems i keep them in the greenhouse after this work

      @houghtonbonsai Hi Ryan. That's something I can't do my grandsons cat I have been stuck with sleeps in mine overnight so I have to keep it open, so I will do mine around the end of the month or early March. Thanks Ryan.

    What about the frost due this week, are you keeping it in a garage for a week or so?, my Hawthorne buds are just starting to swell like this one, not quite popping yet so not sure if I should wait or not…

      Hi Paul, i will be keeping it in the greenhouse, It will be fine. You repot when it feels comfortable for you m8 there your trees ;)

      Thank you. It is tree, rose and shrub compost and potting grit 60/40 ;)
