Grab a still image from your video in DaVinci Resolve | Davinci Resolve 18

I come into a problem with Davinci resolve and thought i might share my experience on finding out how todo this in Resolve . this may help someone else.

Every time i fly my drones i do
~ flight check
~ system updates
~ battery health check
~ visual check of all motors and propellers
~ Area check where im flying. no one likes surprises
