She was married to a man who abused her and her kids. Even years after he passed, the trauma of the time under a tyranicle hand had left it's mark on her. She basically became a hermit. I was living in the apartment next to her at the time and saw her maybe once every few months. She was suffering both mentally and physically. Her legs had begun to swell up and her skin became ashen pale. She could not look her own son in the eyes. One night she came to me and asked me to pray for her. She said she felt as though there were demons on her shoulders speaking evil things to her all the time, constantly tormenting her. She asked me to pray. The Lord woke me early this morning with so much on my mind but again these words poured out of my heart. For the 1st time I decided to go to google for the rest of the lyrics and when I found this, it was exactly what my soul has been crying out to the Lord. Thank you Jesus for this precious gift.
