If you don't mind that Motorola doesn't have AOD but their version of it, then definitely Motorola. Personally, I would probably wait for Oneplus' Nord 3
Do you mind me asking why? On paper this one slightly pips in sepc, no?
@@kt_mac5568 On paper. And it is ip68 protected. But of course both have their pros and cons. In my opinion, Motorola has just that the AOD thing. Both are good phones, but in Honor, those things that there are no stereo speakers, no IP rating, quite buggy according to this video. Whichever you like more, buy it!
@@railasvuo the honor was buggy cuz he had the pre realease so still in testing
I thought Honor and Huawei were dead ☠️
Honor's been bought by a new owner
Huawei is kind of struggling
Should read the news more.
Honor is an independent company now.
@@DarthThrashthey are two cheeks of the same arse.
@@joelconolly5574 Surprisingly I do read the news often! But you clearly can't read sarcasm 😬
I take Pixel over Honor any day cause of more compact size. I don't like stuffing these almost 7 inch monsters in my pockets.
i wish y'all phone reviewers upload these videos at least 60fps
'Mid range " phones are getting too expensive. The Poco F5 with the + version of the SD 7 gen 1 when it's back down to 379 or less.
Otherwise an S21FE 5G with 2.5 years OS, other Xiaomi models when reduced in price temporarily, Oneplus 10 or any flagship buster with at least 2 years support etc
Curious what the Nord 3 will cost. Probably 500+
Not a fan of Honor though they have been making solid looking phones.
MIUI over their OS any day.
Yes I haven't forgot the Pixels, but 7 over 7a.
@@con1002 7+ gen 2 then on the F5, you're right.
The 7 Gen 1 is also on the Xiaomi 13 Lite, like here on the Honor 90.
Go figure there's already a 7+ Gen 2 on the F5 when the 7 Gen 1 has barely introduced itself and sat down at the table, so to speak. 🙂
Global miui is shit idunno what you on about
does this phone support android auto?
The no ois and the cheap build quality are the dealbreakers for me
My brian is fried from watching all these now haha. What would you reccomend in the way of a mid range 'good' camera phone please ? They all have so many ups and downs... Spend about £400 ... Cheers 😊 😊😊
See can't even spell 'brian' 😂 brain of course 😅
I had pixel 6 and pixel 7 and decided to get rid of them. I don't think I'll be buying another pixel, hence why I'm looking at honor and zenfone 10 and at the moment I'm using Samsung S22 as mess about phone and my main phone was IPhone 14 Pro Max now looking for Alternative.
@ralpha1 why don't you want another pixel?
@@Imstarshine biometrics aren't good. Front facing camera isn't good. I didn't like the design if the back camera, battery wasn't that great.
@@ralpha1 would the battery last you 2 days on 7a with light usage?
All was looking good until the mention of a single speaker 😮 no thanks
what is that animation movie?
Biggest (?) win of the 90 is the SD chip. The other two rival devices are both using Exynos which are subpar, even the high end editions.
Just so you know, the 7 gen 1 is made on the Samsung 4nm process.
@@Krooks522 That's the bad part.
Name of movie with saber swords?
I liked it too much, but mono audio???
300dolares right?😂
3:50 Title pls
IF phone was without google play services i would buy it
Having recently bought a Realme GT2 this ones weak spots and there are far too many important areas where they have got it wrong means that I won't be buying one.
£388 now for the 512gb version.
Pixel 7a wireless charging is so slow it should’ve not been mentioned as a feature
Don't care about the phone, love the wit and cat
2 android updates is a real dealbreaker I think nothing phone 2 or oneplus nord 3 is a better deal
Hell no!!! Am not reaching down your pants... I will have my mom do it but about the Honor it is a sweet device but my last for the 7a is still overwhelmingly deep.
These circular design camera bump need to stop
Lots of feature missing, and you're saying this is a rival of pixel 7a, are you kidding 😅
But 7 gen 1 gives the same performance as Tensor g2 and I'd rather get the pixels extra features rather than this
( the only other sacrifice is a bit of battery or a bit of heating which won't be a problem for anyone who uses a case )
