Dawg if you spend 20 hours before going in Deadmines that's on you lol. Sounds like the average alliance hc player though because when I tried to level an alliance character half the players were killing mobs 6 levels below them lol.
@@andrewg3196 Honestly kinda slow to level as ally, there are like 20 people camping every quest spot sub lvl 20. Its hard to go fast.
Not 20 hours slow to lvl 20 maybe, but its easily 12.
Healer might have had the bug where party frame does not update properly. People show at full/high HP and then suddenly dip to near death. I haven't encountered it myself but I've seen clips of it.
I will never do a dungeon, this is too risky to play with people like that

@@jon1805 Not gonna happen. Would be too much work, too many appeals. They wouldn't do that. Plus they'd have the issue of "But blizzard my friend with an almost identical scenario got appealed !" Before getting shit stormed on the forums.
Only way they could do it would be no appeals and no PvP. But grief is still possible.

Played it pro - however I have a pro tip here, when you are levelling your hunter, remember to skill up your hand weapons to max, not just your bow or gun! Many forget to do so, which leads to parries and missed wing clips! Not saying this is the case here, it could just be because they are indeed 5 levels lower. I tried this myself the other day and got mangled by surrounding dinosaurs, this ain't an easy pull!

I started playing hardcore recently, and almost quit within a week. First time ever playing the game, so I took a couple deaths early, I didn't expect to pick it up right away, but one run I was all the way to lv 17 on a hunter, doing well, being safe. I was at one of the beached sea creatures with murlocks, clearing one by one, when an idiot ran up and just tried to instantly collect it in the middle of all of them. It pulled ALL of them, killed him and they went on me. One of my other deaths was when someone pulled a mob I was taming for my first pet, it was a lv 10 rare (I think timber maybe?) And someone pulled it off me then somehow dropped agro again quickly. No clue if either were intentional griefs or not

I wish I watched this yesterday, I had never really played classic before and my rested xp stopped working at 22 and the only mission I had was lvl 25 ads with a 30 boss I was 25 warlock. I got him to 1 hp and died. I sent lock to a normal server and went back to 1v1 him and now know what i did wrong cause was easy to beat but not good to learn on the fly in HC. I couldn't fear him and he devourered my pet. The second time I conserved my mana way better and made sure I sac pet before dead so that i could get an uninterrupted fel dom cast and it was easy. Sucks because I really had a proper go. I did so much research and leveled my professions and geared to the max. If SOD was longer then 8 days away I may have had another go but not now. I am extremely happy that I made it to 25 and learnt how professions work though cause I am so ready for sod now. I really hope that SOD stays relevant cause I just want to 1v1 duel and retail will never let that happen because apparently it's not fair for all classes? Who cares re roll or don't play it. After dying yesterday I logged into retail today and bought my honor gear realized how childish and stupid the gear was and just quit insta cause F that crap. I think SOD is my last chance at this game after 2 years, I can't take the nerfs and buffs fortnightly! I hate that nothing matters in that game except pvp gear. If SOD is a success I think wow could last another 10-20 yrs, if not I think wow is coming to an end. Just think about it, years ago they made decisions that made people quit but because they were ahead on expansions they couldn't revert what people didn't like so stuck with it! Now they have ensured 10 years of this? Lmao. They literally dug their own grave. Honestly with the new abilities and locks and rogues being tanks I don't think there is really much of a chance of success but we will see. I am making a lock because I can insta dot in meta even though I am a mage main I am not bothering making one until probs last because there is no way in hell with a million tanks in game i am being forced to heal on a mage. Everyone is saying SSF is the saviour of HC and going to make it more fair for tourneys but youtubers will always have extra help no matter what. They have people tagging and helping with all quests so no matter what means nothing plus the fact that warlocks will be stronger than ever and another tourney is a waste of time and may aswell just hand cash straight over to snutz. Lets be real here we all know that the only people that got a cent of that tourney money were all part of the same friend circle. I don't think use cheated in anyway but I do think use only hold these tourneys because use know where the money is going. I know I won't be getting up at 4am to watch another one

So imagine you're a blizz employee who's working on patch 10.1, say you're designing a boss in the new raid and you're ecstatic with how much fun you think it will be and you just can't wait for players to jump in and try it out. Then you go and look at the announcement for 10.1 and see that it's not really garnering a lot of hype. What is garnering hype however is a little tiny bit of data-mined code, barely 10 seconds worth of work, just simply mentioning hardcore servers and that was enough to bring back thousands of previous subscribers with even the most devout of retail players giving it a try and finding it to be very fun. On a scale of 1 to 10, how disheartening is it that those 10 lines of code did more to bring back players than the announcement of any raid you've helped design in your entire career?

hunt at 24 ? doing it at 23 since you can pick the quest up at 22 but killing 40x raptors on the prequest dings you.... gotta have that raptor bow upgrade !!! too bad this hunter didnt even think of using an icetrap and scarebeast.
I don't think the Diamondeye should get a successful appeal. But I do think Barrymanalow should be on a server blacklist, so that he functionally has to make another character if he ever wants to heal again lol

If you initiated the pvp on purpose, yes. But if someone griefs you, you can appeal it. But if it’s below like level 15 I think, you can’t appeal.

I am playing WoW for the first time EVER as a priest on HC servers. I am purposely avoiding joining a guild for fear of ruining someone else's run. Idk what I'll do when I hit level for dungeons.

How can the Hunter have a healthstone? Lesser Healing Potion only heals max 180HP so it really was a healthstone???

@@shmexylul1563 rules say no trading at all before both lvl 60, so if it was a healthstone it wont be a legit run. Only exception is that it is actually a duo run with a warlock and the other player just afk, but wouldnt make too much sense

Warrior isn't that hard if you go fury after lvl 40.
had a warrior in first phase of classic and was going way smoother switching to fury.
arms is a lot more gear dependant too so arms wont really pop off until you're geared. twinked out or at max level.
its not like in cata/mop where abilities scale with level and even if u have shitty gear u can still pop off. xD

@@michaellombardin2841 no one is forced to play hc. The server wasn’t originally hc. It’s jus the server hc players decided to group up on. Other people, especially those already on the server dont have to play by hc rules just because hc players decided to come to bloodsail
