Rampage beat Chuck Liddell twice. Once when the UFC sent Chuck to fight on behalf of the UFC, and again when Rampage went to the UFC after the demise of the Pride FC. Trust me, Rampage might make bad decisions sometimes ( I have been touched up when I have forgotten to keep my hands up, nobody is perfect), but every fighter does make mistakes.

He was ok during the earlier days of the UFC, but now that we have actually good commentators like Dominick Cruz and Paul Felder it shows how bad Rogan actually is.
