What a beautiful site! I have a question, though. With the one side of your site being so rocky, what would be the best way to stake out the front side of the tarp on that sort of surface? I've never camped with that much rock, so what tips do you have for that sort of thing?

Sorry man. Can't get behind it. You are way too exposed and immobile in a hammock. Not a prudent decision in the backcountry. Not to mention the comfort factor is WAY over hyped for hammocks, and way under hyped for ground. If you know how to pick a site you will always be comfortable on the ground. And yeah I have spent time in both. And great quality gear as well.
Everybody's a little different. Done both as well, and the lack of pressure points as well as completely relaxing my back after a long hike makes all the difference for me! HYOH.

Love your equipment, hammocks, tarps and bling, but for vlogging you need a microphone when your outside! Just a suggestion!

Fun video and great editing. In my ast trip on the Suffern Bear mountain trail I panned around a boulder field and asked my buddy where would you camp in a tent? Also hammock camping idea that not many people do, try sleeping on a fairly interesting grade. Sleeping on a slope is weird entry to the hammock and sometimes scary exit but once you are in :) doesn’t matter :)
