I've owned a first gen renegade 800 and now an outlander. Word of advice, tear that primary clutch down now and replace the one way bearing with a solid aftermarket substitute. You'll save yourself some headaches out on the trail. This last one failed on me with less than 12 hours on it.
We are well over 50 hours and never had any issues on either the 22 renny xxc 1000 or the 23 renny xmr 1000. So hopefully we won’t have that problem, but thanks for the heads up.
Have the renegades always not had plastic over the motor on the side panel? I took them off on my outlander to let it breathe. Plastic would get so hot.

Can you really explain reliable, if you drive it like a grandpa it will last you a long time. You got to understand the more hp you put through a bike the more likely you are to break something. I think they are worth every penny, but I do wish it was a little cheaper.
Gotta wait probably until December when can am gets the parts in then they will shoot you an email to send your bike to the dealership for them to install it.
@@bulletinmusic7411 from what I was told, any quads coming before the end of November will not have the “IEB” installed. But when you get yours let me know in the comments if yours came with the engine braking. Thanks.

It depends on what model you buy, there are base model renegades and then premium renegades you can buy, the xmr 1000 is the top tier, right under that is the xxc 1000 then you just keep going down from there as far as price and available upgrades.

My thoughts are if you can afford it then go with the bigger motor. I know people who are extremely happy with the 650 or 570 cc engines but I wanted the 1000cc so here we are. No regurts lol

No they are definitely rough to ride. But comparing it to a 2022 Yamaha grizzly 700 xtr which rides like a cloud
