INGREDIENTS:
- 'Spring Home' Spring Roll Pastry, 7.5 inch (thawed)*
- Red Dates (Kurma)
- Egg White
- Cooking Oil
COOKING INSTRUCTION:
1. Based on the quantity required, layer multiple sheets of pastry and cut them into equal strips.
2. Apply egg wash on the pastry strip and fold it in half.
3. Continuously apply egg wash on the pastry strip before wrapping it circularly around the red date.
4. Preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees Celsius.
5. Apply cooking oil to the pastry.
6. Air-fry at 180 degrees Celsius for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown. (It's optional to deep fry it.)
7. Serve and enjoy.
