The tractor cab of the semi does have all 10 bare rims after the trucker does ran over multiple spike strips that set out by the police to stop the stolen truck and arrest the suspect. Meanwhile the truck will have to get 10 new tires and rims after loading up to a lowboy roll back trailer by another semi truck. Each fuel tanks on each side does carry 100-150 gallons of diesel fuel.
