In the old days of the 50s upward, East Bosont, like Roxbury, Dorchester, South Boston, South End and others, were areas that you NEVER entered unless you belonged there. Today, I guess all those areas are being gentrified due to their proximity to downtown Boston.

+Jeffrey Bowen This is a really amazing restoration! These houses remind me of the Philadelphia Style connected homes, originally called the Workingman's Home, popular because the were only one room wide, but very deep with the small sitting garden in the back, like this one. It's a really pretty neighborhood.

I will never understand why the toilets (potty Chairs) they install is so low, why not install right height toilets, be the 1st thing I would replace.
Being as delicate as I can be, having the bowl lower makes the body have to sit down lower. This is a more natural and fitting position to be in to take care of business.

First of all; if U want to sale a house, you don't show unattractive people walking by the house you want to make a sale like U did here. Even if you have to hire beautiful people to walk in front of the house for video's sake. With a house of this shape and design and one window rooms should never have a large piece of furniture, ie: over stuffed sofas' in front of the windows. The green walls is ok but never use a full dark green on walls. All walls should be a hue of a color, not the actual color. The window in the kitchen should be a floor-window to bring in the more light and add to the eye-space. the kitchen also needs a small island. Preferably an antique and the cabinets wood shade is totally wrong and should be more antique lighter mahogany compliment the unique space of the kitchen. Hire an artisan-carpenter to re-do all the closets to maximize the small paces. You showed in your video the banister columns not reaching the banister, that would take a carpenter to fix. The back yard fence is leaning and unstable but the little yard size is perfect and has excellent potential. Over all a good buy with some work to be done but well worth it. Just get ride of the neanderthal looking man who's walking like he's sporting a 25 pound hemorrhoid at the beginning of the video and your good to go.
