I see 11:50, but the repeater beats 11-3-6... Does beats mean 11-(3x15)-6 (and so it means 11-51) ?
Yes, repeaters generally chime quarters after the hours and before the minutes, so it actually chimed 11:51.
There are decimal repeaters that chime hours - tens of minutes - minutes but they're rare
It was very interesting to see, that even so expensive watches need about 30 minutes to switch date/week day.
I thought my watches do so because they are 60$.
Jumping hands complications exist both for calenders and timekeeping but they're usually a big deal and a particular feature of the watch. Some automatic watches even deadbeat (the seconds tick individually like a quartz) which is a very big deal.
An instantaneous jumping date is a fairly simple thing, it just needs a spring loaded wheel. A relatively cheap movement like the ETA 2824-2 has this feature ($250) check this video: ua-cam.com/video/72k3wD0x9Y8/v-deo.html
