- Took a while but here it is. Check out how many people know Kara Danvers/Zor-El's identity as Supergirl.
I know many people believe that Cat Grant knows that Kara is Supergirl but since they have not outright stated it, I decided to not include her.
Apologies if I forgot to include anyone.

Christopher Reeve once came to a restaurant dressed as Superman. Then he came back as Clark Kent.
Guess what. Literally no one recognized him when he was dressed as Clark.
Glasses do work. No hypnosis needed to make it work. People tend to only see what they expect to see.

Ikr! Especially with Supergirl, they use facial recognition software all the time even with bad aliens, and Supergirl had her own poster yet no one recognised her.

Personally I want to know why Lena hasn't figured it out yet. Shes close friends with Kara, sees Supergirl fairly regularly and is supposed to be super smart.

I know, right?! I can maybe accept random people not connecting Kara to Supergirl, but Lena is like one of her best friends and has seen supergirl up close several times.
After what happen in 4x02 I wouldn't be surprised if she already knows, the question is when or will she ever confront Kara about it and how.

WondaGal1000 not true. In season 2 of Supergirl, 34 people know and in season 2 of Arrow, 19 people know.
But the people who know are family and other superheroes (Barry was the one that told everyone) whereas Arrow has the most villains who know who he is.
Which is odd, considering her disguise is a pair of glasses.

Christopher Reeve have proven that glasses actually do work. He went to a restaurant dressed as Superman and as Clark - no one noticed who he is when he was pretending to be Clark Kent.
It’s amazing how in the comics no one knows their identities yet in these shows half the planet knows who they are
James knew before anyone (other then her family) as Clark asked him to look out for her and when she started using her powers it was the right time to tell her he knew
LOL. I was hoping you'd include "all the DEO agents." I LOVE the show, but Team Supergirl seems to have no problem with casually revealing Kara/Supergirl's secret identity at the DEO. Hell, in one episode, Mon El and Kara were arguing in the middle of the DEO - with agents walking past and such - and Kara yells at Mon El about her being Supergirl, lol.... Oh, and there have been more than a few times when Kara changes into Supergirl at the DEO, with agents working nearby.
I always assumed it wasn't a secret within the DEO.

It's actually sort of annoying, they, even Alex, goes back and forth between calling her Supergirl and Kara when she's in the DEO. In the scene where Music Meister got Kara, Alex calls her Supergirl while Mon-El calls her Kara. Clearly the DEO has to know, so WHY does Alex keep calling Kara Supergirl while in the DEO? (Unless it's just to keep herself trained on calling Kara in civilian clothes Kara and Kara as Supergirl Supergirl so she doesn't slip up in public).
Agreed. Again, love the show, but it doesn't make a lot of sense that if everyone at the DEO knows she's Kara/Supergirl, why would Alex call her "Supergirl" - especially if only Winn and Hank are around.
I think maybw it's just sort of an "on the job" thing. Like while she's working, she's Supergirl.

Alex already knew. Kara was told when they were kids not to use her powers, but then Kara had to when Alex plane was going to go down. She saw Kara on the wing of the plane

I never understood why in season 4 only 5 people in the deo have to be mindwiped to keep the identity secret from the general. She used to just walk into the DEO with her Kara clothes. Also, they could have run facial recognition.

In a later episode, when the President wanted to know Supergirl's identity, this was before elseworlds, that only a few DEO members know Kara is Supergirl.
You will probably have to update each video every season to add 20 more people.

Also, Astra and Non (and Indigo/Braniac 8 and their other Kryptonian followers who you didn't mention) are obviously going to be able to tell that Kara Zor-El and Supergirl are the same person, but has it ever been mentioned whether or not they know she's Kara Danvers? 😉

Not all of the D.E.O. because in the episodes where Hayley tries to find out her identity, it is shown that only a small group knows but then again her name has been said multiple times and she even walks into the D.E.O. dressed as Kara

Nicely done but it should be listed in the when they found out. Clark, Alex, Eliza, Jeremiah would certainly be among the first to know followed by James, Win, and everyone after that.

Kara is definitely kinda careless with her secret identity in the alien bar. Anyone in there who sees Kara Danvers drinking a beverage only an alien can drink and knows what she is doing would know at the very least that Kara Danvers is an alien. And then its only a half step away to figuring out she is Supergirl.
