100% sparky. If you watch the lightning blast comes from behind the giant which is why the giant turns around and looks at the goblins and sparky which then the goblins point at sparky who then backs up embarrassed Indicating it was infact sparky who did it.

Ironically enough, the hog rider is one of the few cards that can't die from the electro giant's counter-shock because he targets only buildings

We saw in an earlier shot that there were 3 goblins and 2 spear goblins in front of the electro giant (you can tell the two on the sides are spear goblins because they have the backpack in their silhouette). These goblins are really just a goblin gang. Combine a 3 elixir goblin gang with a 6 elixir sparky and an 8 elixir electro giant and you got yourself a 17 elixir push.
Which could probably be countered fairly well with a zap/electro spirit/electro dragon (electro wizard would die too quickly to the goblins and electro giant), an extra small spell to finish off the goblins, then a tank killer to kill the sparky before it charges and afterwards finish off the electro giant. This 17 elixir push could be dealt with for easily less than 10 elixir.
My Pushes on Normal Battles are Giant Skeleton, Sparky, Hunter and Mirror (Normally i Mirror Giant Skeleton or Sparky)
So basically if you see that Push in the arena, it's me.

Electro Giant card is unlocked from the Electro Valley (Arena 11). He is a single-target, melee-ranged troop with very high hitpoints and low damage that targets only buildings. Enemy units who hit the Electro Giant while being within a 3-tile radius of him will be damaged and stunned with each hit. He generally resembles the Giant, but wears gloves, goggles, and carries what seems to be an electrical device on his back called the Zap Pack. An Electro Giant card costs 8 Elixir to deploy.

Cyclops Balanced matchmaking on ladder and In clan wars, new challenges every couple days, bring back quests, bring back things like gem rush, make clan wars tournament standard or at least fix the matchmaking so ur not going up against people a couple levels above you, make a tournament standard ladder that won’t get you trophies just so you can try new decks out, maybe add a 2v2 ladder, make new unique game modes that are different from just trying to get peoples towers down like touchdown, make the chests in shop and gold in shop cost less so that people can actually afford them and so they’re actually value, make tournaments good again like how they were 3-4 years ago, make grand challenges cheaper or add in something like challenge tokens that you can use to get into them and that are available in chests, add 2v2 and grand challenge leaderboards, add a bunch of unique new game modes to clan wars that we’ve never seen before, make the colosseum battle not just a duel ...
I can go on for a long time talking about stuff I want added to the game, I’ve already been going long enough, so I’ll just leave this here for you to read out

This card would be a lot more balanced if it just had a set timer forr each bolt. The bolt would also chain to like 4 units so it can still relatively counter swarms.

He isn't bad against swarms. He can take them out very easily and he is such a tank tho. He isn't bad at all. Only weakness Infernos I think. I like him. He might be my favorite Legendary.
