Can you share a link to the brake caliper compression tool you are using approx. 2:25 into the video? Thanks for a very helpful video!

Caliper with hand brake, the cylinder must turned when you push it in. Old brake pad with a welded nut in the center and a bolt with a welded steel cylinder (or large nut) with two pins (small bolts). When you turn the bolt the two pins engage the holes on the brake cylinder and turn it while pushing in. You can achieve the same with a pair of long nose pliers... just turn them while pushing the cylinder in the caliper.

Dear thanks for the job. However I have to questions for you. Could you please explain me the reason of both spacer installed between disc and the wheel? Have you already experienced a high vibrations at 130km/h which is explain the comparator tool avoiding a warped disc? I have high vibrations on my giulietta 175tct most probably due to a discs issues.

I used spaceres because the alu. rims have wrong ET. They are 3+5mm thick. There is no vibration. I Just check if the new discs are OK.

Don’t have a huge amount of mechanical experience but am wanting to do this myself to save money, any tips?

As always when you repair something mechanical, if everything goes well you don´t need a lot of experience. Here I use just basic tools, well a torque wrench is needed just for wheel bolts (110 Nm), but you can tighten them with a normal wrench too.
