Dear Arsenal Football Club,
You can keep pushing all the new kits, training tops and training videos onto us all, but just like Len we are silent. Not because we do not have a voice, but because our voices are not being heard. At what point does the Len in all of us let go of past glory days and players, and instead look to current success and future ambitions to promote our club's merchandise? We have become a club that is stuck in quicksand and every season that goes by we sink lower and lower down the table. The Len in all of us is crying out to be rescued. But instead of being given a guiding hand we are given new kits to wear while we sink. Like Len, I was here when we signed Sol Campbell. I was here when became invincible. I was here when Dennis Bergkamp couldn't fly to away matches. I was here when Wenger brought a new philosophy to the club. Now I am here when we have finished 8th for two consecutive seasons, and will still be here for the foreseeable future. Why? Because Arsenal is what I love and where I belong. But, unlike Len, I find it harder and harder to believe in you when all you show me is neglect in return.

Looking back now...this video was so important. The main words in it is "belief". The board, Arteta, Edu and co were brillant and were right to articulate all the communication around that value.
