Knowledge Graph using NLP & Neo4j for COVID -19

Across the globe there are numerous researchers and Organisations working tirelessly to find solution for this COVID -19 Pandemic crisis. With this currently huge amount of data is generated regarding Covid-19, But also relevant work around the family of coronaviruses already existed even before covid 19 appeared So, we as a Data science team urged to help the frontline workers and researchers by building a #KnowledgeGraph So that people can quickly and efficiently find their way through this huge data and identify the unforeseen connections among the non connected Datasets. Like potential drug targets, Asymptomatic Patients, Effectiveness of Mask usage, Best practices regarding Coronavirus cases in the past etc.
We Built the Data pipeline to use Open Research Dataset CORD-19 (resource of over 45,000 scholarly articles about COVID-19, SARS-CoV-2, and related coronaviruses), Publications from Pubmed Database(NCBI), and Ongoing Clinical Trials regarding coronavirus along with FDA Drug Data. And applied our NLP knowledge to extract the key terms and built the knowledge Graph using Neo4j Graph Database.
