I started practicing it every day and won't go to sleep until having done all 5 sets. Thank you EV
Way to go!👍😊
Thank you so much for taking the time for sharing your knowledge and tabs, I have never been a fan of Marshall amps but since I started watching your videos a while ago, now I am really looking forward to get one!
You’re welcome! Thanks!
Dissection!
I like your lesson concept. Please continue all the way up to mastering the huli huli.
Glad to hear! But of course 😊👍
Cool. I'm going to give this a go as my warm up routine.
🤘👍
Thanks. Great drills
🙏🤟🎸
Hey Euge, big fan of your music and playing! Trying to learn Triggered Boulevard, thanks for these awesome videos!
Awesome! Thank you!
I have been following your channel for the last 5 months, and now binge watching all your older videos, including this one. Big fan! Great content and presentation as always.
One thing I thought I would add, which I think is really important for mastering alternate picking, is upward and downward pick slanting. Troy Grady, a UA-camr, I believe is the best source on this. This technique was the missing piece in the puzzle for me, and greatly improved my playing. Many famous guitar players only use downward pick slanting, and their guitar patterns/runs are generally constructed so that only downward pick slanting is needed.
Thanks man! Glad to hear!
Good tip 👌. To be honest I’ve never paid that much attention to that but just play the way I naturally play. For this one I tried to be a bit analytical but it’s pretty hard for me since I’m just a feel player. If it sounds & feels good it’s good 😁.
@@EugeValovirta230V you’re probably a natural 🙂, your playing is fantastic! Yep, agree, feel is the goal; it so much fun riding those riffs/chord changes, it is like surfing to me. Playing only fast runs all the time, to me is like overdoing “aggressive” feel in a solo/song. Keep it up, brother!
Great advise: learning more slowly, but precisely ;)
Indeed 😊👌
Another interesting lesson my friend!!!!
Thanks C!
You are wellcome E!!!!
Hi Euge, I just found you today, and I just wanted to thank you. I really dig your music, your playing. And thanks for the lessons. I'm in Massachusetts. I'm 60, I started playing again 2 years ago (since I broke my left wrist playing hockey . . . at 15). Peace
Hi Tom,
Oh thanks man! Glad to hear you’re back at guitar again! And sorry to hear about your wrist.
I’ve broken my shoulders, elbow, teeths, fingers etc. playing… hockey 😎. And my back’s been operated twice. I played on a national level in Finland when I was younger and still play but on a beer league level. I love hockey and watch NHL games from UA-cam pretty much everyday 👌🏒.
@@EugeValovirta230V have you played an ESP/LTD SN-1000 (the purple one)? I bought one about 6-7 months ago. When I started playing again, it was with a Yamaha FS-800 acoustic for 6 months, then I bought a Player Telecaster (which I hated and sold for a used EC-1000, a great guitar). But I wanted my own NEW guitar, so I researched 6 months until I found the SN-1000.
Can’t remember since I’ve played so many but all ESP / LTDs I’ve played / tried have been really good 👌.
Interesting! I will try this warmups. Thanks 😃
Cool! 😊
I like the 3rd and 4th exercise... I saved this lesson video
Cool!
Thank you for the lessons. Very helpful. 🤘🤘
My pleasure! Thanks!
Love your LTD PHOENIX 1000... I own the same Guitar
Nice!
Fret access on this LTD is excellent
Indeed.
another awesome lesson. thank you!
Glad to hear! Thanks!
ex 5 is especially helpful because you have to do both outside and inside picking. sometimes i do that same exercise and then another one where i skip strings every other note. maybe thats in your other lessons i havent watched them yet....on my way to pt 2 now! thank you!
Indeed. Thanks!
To future generations, Crazy Glue and Dit Dow Jow, will be needed for your finger and hands. Theses exercises works. Don't hurt yourself..
😎👌
Excelente lección. Voy a ponerla en práctica aunque creo que me llevará bastante tiempo 😄🤘🤘 thanks
Thanks!
Wery cool, I'm watching you man . Thumbs up
Thanks!
Thanks for sharing👍🏻
🙏👍
👍👍dude...i have invented some weird exercises myself in my 40+ years of playing...but that 5th one is quite a buster, i give ya that...but i`ll get it, promise !!!(grmbl...couldhavecomeupwithitmyselfblimey 😁😁)👍👍
Rock on! 🤟😎
Thank you!
You’re welcome 👍😊
Would love to see how your guitars are set up, pickup height, string height, string selection
This is quite old one but the content is there 😎: ua-cam.com/video/BOZ0GBjhEmo/v-deo.html
Thanks for your great input 👍👍
You’re welcome! 🙏
You're really an awesome teacher :) Pepita is considering the idea of playing with his... feet!!!
😁👍
Very cool!
Glad to hear 🙏
Could you please do a video on how to unlock the fretboard and how to improvise using that🙂
Thanks for your question Sayan. We’ll get there eventually 👍😊
Thanks a lot Euge been stuck on this for months, I am tired of copying other people now I really wanna play my own stuff
Good video ☝🏻
Thanks!
Nice video man! I have a question: At what angle do you pick? Do you hit the string at a 90° angle or do you tilt your pick?
Thanks Kyran!
To be honest I have no idea 😊. I’ve never thought of that; whatever feels natural and gets the job done 😎👍
Could you make a comparison between JCM 900SL-X and JCM 800 ?
I don't have SL-X but if I'll get my hands on one I'll definitely do.
Okey I See
amazing./
🙏🤟
Step one: buy jazz 3s
Whatever works :-)
Thank you!
You’re welcome 🙏👍
