There should be a mod where you can build a space station and then build things in a space station hangar, which is really how large spacecraft would be built. It would open new possibilities instead of having to struggle to get massively heavy designs off the ground. Unless you just keep bringing parts of a ship up in sections.
I like how all these people are making the assumption that not doing homework/doing poorly in school = working in a fast food outlet for your career. I've got friends who are builders, electricians etc who didn't do that well in school or dropped out of college and are pulling in $100k a year or more. I and a few of my other friends put in the time and effort to go to university and get a degree and are lucky to clear between 45k and 75k a year in fairly basic public service jobs.
Anyone else really want a series where Robbaz rebuilds the Asgard, Jotunheimr, and the various renditions of the cubes and puts all the craft that's he's built in them at the same time? You'd need a godly computer but that would be so fucking awesome
Unless you welded them all into 1 part using a mod (Basically everything would function as one solid, stiff part, so there would only be one physics model per vessel, instead of a few hundred to a few thousand. Not sure if it can be done, but hey, modders need to jump on it. (I would make it but I am no modder or programmer :P)
Holty The styracosaurus I would like to see the Midgard with modern B9 parts. 1.1.3 and 64 bit (which is EXTREMELY stable as of 1.1.3) would help a lot with lag, as it pretty much unlocks the memory. Well, if you have a 64 bit PC, and most PC owners do.
