Hi there, What a lovely idea, I live in UK, so thats about £6, you could get a lot more than that for them. Don't forget YOUR time spent making them. I make alot of notes on paper everywhere of crafty ideas, this would be a brilliant way of storing them. Where you have the recipe could be the technique, quote, etc and the blank page could be sample when tried it. Thank you so so much. Good luck at your fair. OXO
These would be adorable in a gift basket..Amber, I love everything you do!!. How you put things together , is a gift. Thank you for your tutorials. They are the highlight of my day
Amber, enjoy your craft fair ideas and your directions are so easy to follow. Just starting to do craft fairs and enjoy making thee crafts, I still need to find the cheaper ways to get supplies. Thank you for all your info.
That is the exact price that popped into my head! This will make a lovely gift and it will be fun to see what the giver or receiver has in mind as a present.
Hi there. These little recipe books are beautiful. I just wanted to tell you that I am preparing for my first ever craft fair and your craft fair series has been invaluable! Thank you for sharing so many of your wonderful projects!
This is such a great idea to put this in a photo journal!! If you splash food on it , you just wipe it off!! Also, it is small enough to keep in a kitchen drawer and just grab when you need it ...And, it is just BEAUTIFUL!! Thank you so much for giving me this idea......I hope mine turns out as good as yours. I am going to make 2 of these for my grown daughters with the recipes for their favorite foods that they loved growing up! Lots of love from Texas!!❤️
CraftyAuntNan I was just going to comment the same thing lol. I make lots of recipes every Christmas, and I've been looking for the perfect way to group them all together. I feel this book is exactly what I've been looking for.
If I find these albums, I am going to make one for myself to hold all the crafty directions you have shared with us plus, the dire tons for things I have created. Perfect little book.
This so exciting! I have recipes than have been handed down from my family, lots in their own handwriting. I plan to copy some of those and include them on the bottom where you have papers. I can't imagine anyone not being excited to get one. It's like handing down a little piece of our family heritage. I always tell you this, but thanks for your amazing ideas and for sharing them with those of us (ME) who otherwise are burned out on ideas for shows.
Amber, I love your videos you give such inspiration. I loved crafting when I was younger I did a lot. When I got married I stopped. Know at 56 yrs old l want to start crafting again. I am disabled and on a fixed income so it's going to be easy to do, but as I said you have inspired me so much, I think you so much. Your favorite Subscriber!!!!! 😎
Amber, these are so so nice. What a great gift they will make. I had been looking for these albums at the dollar tree. My sister and I have not seen them. Your dollar tree is so much better in Arizona then our stores in Pennsylvania. Love this idea! Hugs, Tink
Your recipe keepers are awesome. What a great idea. I think your price is very reasonable. You have put a lot of work, plus using some very nice papers and cards into making them. TFS Hugs, Carolyn
These are so fun and pretty for Xmas, Turkey Day or other holidays. Although, I'd cut the book in half for recipe keepers and recover them. That way I could use the same recipe cards rather than a mix.
Really cute, Amber! You have the best ideas! I think $7 is perfect. I was thinking $7 or $7.50. I would say two for $13 because they would still be saving a dollar and I've noticed most anytime you see "two fers" the price break is often 50 cents or less but usually never over a dollar. These would be cute decorated for any holiday where cooking is involved!!
Amber... oh my goodness! absolutely precious! I would LOVE for you to make a baby shower book out of these. wouldn't it be so nice for an expectant mother to have memories from her baby shower???? you are so creative and talented! I want to be YOU when I grow up!!!!
what a great idea. I am going to use this idea for gifts for my family. I very little of a budget--so this will work great. Additionally I am going to write out things about people in our family who are gone now--but whom I remember.
That's a wonderful idea to write about people in the family. What a sweet way to keep their memory alive especially in those who may not have known them.
You have saved me ....from my addiction .... of buy paper ...I was using them in such a limited ways....now I can give my family and friends for ... Special Personal ways. Thank you.
I so enjoy your channel!!! Thank you for another wonderful idea. I am a board member for a SPCA in the southern tier of Western New York. I needed another idea for an item to sell at our Pictures with Santa Event. This is it!!! We also sell Christmas cookies and I am going to make these to go with the cookies. Thank you for sharing your talents with us!
Just love these!!!!! I have had this paper for awhile, I cannot locate the cards now.....figures, but I can find something I can print I am sure...:) Sandy
Clever idea Amber! Love all the pretty papers! Thanks for the inspiration! I hope to make myself one for my holiday recipes and add photos! Happy hugs! Siv
Oh my word!! I have a stash of photo albums that were lurking in my cupboard....guess what I’ll be doing with them?...you are one talented young lady!!! Thank you for that x x x ❤️
Can you tell me where the Bon Apetite cards came from? I love it. I love this idea. I think I am going to include some vintage recipes on the blank cards. Thanks so much for the wonderful idea.
I actually had this idea this week (and maybe I've seen someone else do this on a video, how knows) but I just altered one photo album to play with and see if I want to get more to make Christmas gifts and the idea came to me as recipe cards would stay clean. I also thought about including one or 2 recipes typed up with maybe a picture of something I've made as the first recipe in there. Thank you so much for so many great ideas!!
Amber!!!! Fabulous!!!! What are you going to do when you run out of photo play recipe cards? Do you have an alternative picked out for this year? Thanks for your sweet teaching spirit! You're a peach!!
You are so creative!!!! $7 is a bargain considering you are spending time cutting everything and placing them in not to mention matching each one. Great idea!!!! I think I am going to make some for gifts this holiday season, thank you!!!! BTW do you ever sell any if your stuff here ???
Great gift for kids tgat move out into their own apts....give them all the recipes from home and leave room for their recipes too! Love it!! Or make one for College Kids recipes i.e. ramen noodles, toaster food, instapot, etc...so many possibilities!!! 😉👍💖🍴☕🍝🍜🍲🍣
Oh my goodness. I just discovered you today!! these are so cute!! I just watched a couple other of your videos. Thanks so much for sharing. Its because of people like you on youtube that keep on inspiring me to create, that I keep paying 10$ per month for commercial free videos. Ha. NOT COMPLAINING because at least I'm getting my money's worth. Thanks again!! Awesome work. Keep it up!!
I love this idea! I recently found your channel and love all the things you make . $7 is a very fair price for these. If you don't have the Bon Appetite cards what would you suggest using as a front cover?
Super cute! I love them!! I also love the white board background you have. Is it a real table or paper. If it's paper may I ask where to get it please?
