I have struggled with my self image and everything about my inner self...severe depression, ocd, and cpts for years. Around 2015. my friend suggested me to try meditations. Honestly i had no clue how those worked so i tried finding some content on youtube. The first video was yours, asmr cleansing with purple gloves and rattle. I had no single clue what was i watching at that point, but it felt so pleasing. Throughout these years, and particularly since you turned to guided meditations, your content helped me grow so much. I feel so grateful, and consider you as my friend and the person who helped me a lot. So many tips about introspection and finding the inner peace helped me so much throughout my healing path. I'm so thankful for your channel and your words of wisdom. You really helped a troubled soul.

i know this was three months ago but i’m really hoping you see this comment,,, is there anyway after you’re finished with these videos thag at the end you make the screen go black with the background noise? just a little bit longer so i can really go into a deeper sleep you’re the only person on this plat form that genuinely relaxes me and it helps with the music you use !!!!
This is perfect. So many changes are happening for me. Post-graduation, moving to a new house , a new job, and engagement !. Of course all of these are good things, it’s still exhausting. This really helps calm down and come back to earth when my head is going crazy.
I had the most disturbing dream ever in my entire life after this video. I was fighting with demonic forces and was struggling so much in my sleep. But it was beyond everything else I have ever dreamed so far. Why is that? It felt extremely disturbing...
Freinds will arrive. ..Freinds will dissappear....and then they'll arrive again. Goes round and round.At least that my hope.If the process of life brought you together once then why,in time(and it's got all eternity to organise it),couldn't it happen again.Personaly I wouldn't want to be with ANYBODY ALL of the time anyway. Set them free.Meeting again after moments or lifetimes is cirtainly for those who are freinds.At least that's my hope
