Another tip, some people could sell a car that might not yet be fully paid off from the bank. They take your money and enjoy. Not sure if it's possible. I guess just make sure it doesn't belong to the bank otherwise, repossessed.

MORE TIME fam 🤝 Thanks for the tips , in addition to what you already said on what should be considered when buying a used car I'd like to say on the car frame while you’re walking around the vehicle, you should also look for problems with the frame. Is the car sitting level on the ground? Is there anything hanging from the undercarriage? Pay close attention to the bumpers and look inside the trunk and hood for new bolts or warping that could indicate a recent accident, Inspect interior electronics if they operate and lastly mileage is also important i think from 0 to 80 000 kilos is ok as long as a service book is provided and the service is updated.

When does a car goes for a road worthy? Mine never went for road worthy since I bought it
Mostly when changing of ownership, or if a car is used for transport business. It’ll be required every after a year
Good points. How does one tell if a car is a rebuild?
You do a few inspections, mostly in front in the bonnet. Check all sides, make sure they are no marks of different paint. Also check the outside paint, in most cases after paint will be visible on plastic covers which are not suppose to be the same color. Most of all, rebuild car prices are always far under the value price
