This guy thinks he's the dictator of rp, talks shit on conan then goes under cover with him and brings a cop to a gang as if they held him up pretending to be ballers because he knows they'll rp with ramee not just shoot.
Honestly, this is a weird approach from Whippy. He unfortunately didn't read the room that Conan was there pretty much alone to do some SBS RP, and even initiates the SBS RP. They then get into car ram off, and Dundee gets scuffed, and then thanks to a misunderstanding. It escalated to a series rp shoot out. You would think would understand this and just move on from the scuffed sbs moment, instead of making it into serious rp situation. Where Conan would actually get punished, and that would put future goofy cops in horrible position.

As far as Dundee the character knows, Connan was by himself around people pushing weed and he started ramming the car. Other cops show up and the Camaro did Camaro things and threw Dundee into a tree. BBMC thought Dundee was in trouble and came in swinging which led to a shootout. So Dundee the character has reasons to be angry at Connan. So with all that.......why are we mad at Whippy because the RP played out this way? Whippy did not want BBMC to be let go cause it all happened to scuff and accepted that BBMC gonna lose some stuff along with fines. Connan possibly getting punished is just part of the RP. Sometimes SBS turns into serious RP but that is no reason to go on a rant about streamers.
@Browncoatful The problem is that it was blatantly Conan down there by himself goofing around and trying to look for Zolo. Conan even spoke to the people there, why he was there, and wasn't hostile to anyone, even when they were selling weed in front of him. Then Dundee comes in to ram him, so Conan starts ramming him back. So, while they were doing bumper cars and Conan blatantly talked in his trolling voice (that Whippy & Dundee has heard for years now). Then OOC Scuff and misunderstandings on BBMC's side happened, and while Ramee went to revive Whippy, they attacked Conan. Which sold their fate. So, with ALL of that, Whippy should understand that the whole situation is just a misunderstanding and was just SBS and trolly RP, and just disregarded the whole situation. But, he chose to turn it into a series rp situation (when it wasn't), which pretty much is only going to damage and prevent fun characters like Conan, Richardson, Randal, Uchi, etc from being around because even though the server is made for every type of rp, these incidents can lead to those styles of rp shunned. So, it just opens the flood doors to a potentially massive problem for MANY rpers and makes the city less interesting and lively. That's my problem with it. If it was a serious rp situation, okay, that's fine, but it wasn't, and the BBMC members threw the situation by not properly communicating.

If they did that instead of blindly charging in and ramming and further escalating, they would've known how to handle the situation. Whippy was only weird for trying kinda RP gatekeep SBS character's RP, which opens horrible can of worms.

Dundee wanted to be more open to working with other gangs from BBMC's perspective, CG showed a lot of respect to them so they started showing it back. BBMC continues to work with them because both gangs have helped each other. Dundee is well aware that CG is the stronger gang but that is not why he works with them. FYI Dundee in 3.0 took a gang, that previously in 2.0 was basically Blocks, and grew it into one of the stronger gangs in the city. When Dundee was killed by his members there was an entire RP story around that with faults on all sides as most RP is that way. Whippy could have brought back Dundee the next day and instead decided to have him missing for 4 months to add to the RP and make it a more intense situation. During that time he played Croc who is an asshole character and so he played him in that way. Despite that, Whippy has talked about how he believed how he played Croc was too much, and at times he would do the things that he hated to see on Dundee which is why he does not do Croc that way anymore. Also, the people who removed Dundee later created ADMC who currently do not have the traction as a gang that they had in BBMC when Dundee was PM. So these weird OOC takes about how no one cares and yap yap yap show you're own obsession.
