There is an episode where grandpa pig and granny pig gifted George the dinosaur. plus, George is just a kid and Edmond is basically smarter, which explains why he can speak full sentences at a young age. Richard and George cant speak properly and it is shown in the show that even kids who are mostly the same age as George and Richard cant speak any full sentences, because they arent like Edmond who is a clever clogs and gifted. And George is just 2 so you cant expect him to talk full sentences, except for Edmond because he was born smart. And just because he isnt addressed in his full name most of times, its practically just normal since everyone calls Peppa Pig as Peppa and Suzy Sheep as Suzy George is not from another country because theres an episode that shows george being born and in mommy pigs arms, and also, even the pigs parents knows that mommy pig gave birth to George and they are the only ones who can confirm it. Since mommy pig already said many times that George was in her belly, that shows in 2 episodes of peppa pig. So technically George is not adopted and his name is actually chosen and its not because he is from another country. And the name george is actually not that popular in russia so it doesnt make any sense to why his name is George if he is from russia. And peppa was actually about 2 years old when George was born and in the episode where George races with peppa's friends, his favorite number is 2, which indicates his age.
