I have a personal theory on this video, which is a joke, so don't take this seriously. This Peppa is the original one that was replaced by the one we have now. Her parents never cared about her enough to the point where they threw her in the basement for their own amusement. And to really rub salt in the wound, they adopted a new piggy and called her Peppa to make fun of the original one. They took much better care of the replacement and secretly went into the basement to torture the original when the cameras for their children's TV show weren't rolling. Around seaaon two, the original Peppa died from cancer with absolutely no medical attention given. They celebrated when she died by taking George on his birthday in episode 26 of season two. They buried the original's body under their house. George was also taken better care of when the replacement Peppa took over because of Child Protective Services' threats to take him away. The reason why Mummy and Daddy Pig fight about their marriage is because they really did want to be a childless married couple, but that failed when Daddy Pig forgot to use protection.
