I made this bracelet along with several other tricky little weaves using your tutorials. Once again I want to thank you for such nearly personal instruction. I actually sold a number of bracelets I learned to make as a result of your tutorials.
Thanks for the time and effort you put in to make these vids. You are by far the best instructor in the craft online......
I live in Southern Oregon on the Rouge River. This design is just what I've been looking for. It makes me think of rafting, which is the most popular thing to do here. I might use smaller white cord. Thank you for taking the time to allow me to follow you. You also explain, which helps me tremendously. Your videos are by far my favorite.
Superb design and loved the clear demonstration ... Was so pleased with the first run through I gave it to my wife ... she was delighted. Keep up the great work. Thank you!
I love this design. made mine with black loops, smoke cobra and gold tracks. used a whistle buckle with a double run of cord between the buckles for a wider bracelet. this is quick deploy for most of it's length when you pull out the runner track. i love it.
You have made me really enjoy, getting into making bracelets.. Thank you so much. In just beginning and my first two weeks I've already made over 13 different designs. Again thank you so much
Great video as always, I think I've made over 30-40 of your bracelets. This one and the rock climber my favorite.
Made one of these for my first paracord bracelet a few hours ago. Had to start over a few times because I didn't get the size right and one times I twisted the center strands without noticing and the fastening part (I used an adjustable shackle) was facing the wrong direction (with the curve away from the arm).
In the end it turned out quite nice though.
The colors I used where colonial blue (the part that twists left and right), charcoal and goldenrod for the accent.
Brilliant.
Just finished mine. It looks great, thanks!
I really love watching you make these bracelets. Learning a lot from you. Thank you.
I'm becoming a fan of your channel..I never tried making a bracelet before but you made it in a smooth and easy way to follow..will surely go get some paracords and try it :D
Great design and excellent technique. A must do...
Instead of white, i used desert camo and it looks AWESOME! Thank you!
Thank you for all of your tutorials! As for editing out the mistakes, I say don't . It shows that you make mistakes just like us novices and isn't worth the extra time on your part. Keep doing what you do very well!
Totally disagree.. when he makes a mistake I usually walk head first into the same mistake as well. We know he's human, but humans edit.
I figured out that if you use flattened paracord (take out the inner strands) for the one you used white for it makes the braclet a lot less bulky. but I love the bracelet it's a really nice design
Definitely doing this one in Red, White and Blue! Thank you for the detailed instructions!!!
So I think I found a better way to finish it off, but it’d be a lot easier to send a picture or two than to try and explain it. Could I send an email or something with the photos, then you can share with your viewers if you like?
Just got into making the bracelets and have made over 20 different ones so far. Thx for the videos u go into really good details with the rope. Thx again
A cool looking bracelet!
I had a heck of a time with this one. Mine looks good though. Black and red with blue stripes.
I love watching your videos they are always very clear and easy to follow. But you always display another design in the corner but you don’t mention the name or list it ion the description but if u did it would be very appreciated:)
For the white cord, would it be easier to use fids to take the white under the red? This is probably now my new favorate tie because it is wide but not as wide as the Wide dragon tongue which was my previous favorate.
Thanks for doing what you do, you make the best paracord bracletes that I have found.
Another awesome bracelet😃
so beautiful!!!
Dude great work love it. I can wait to copie it for my self. A question what paracord you using here.? I just
550 Paracord are they are same???!
Take care bro and good work 🙏🙏🙏
Great work as always!
Wow, awesome!
I want to try this with an adjustable shackle
Hey thanks for your nice tutorial, i have tryed this and i think it looks very nice. There are only two thinks i try to change on it. The first one i changed is to use the same color on the both center layer and the both up layer. I think this looks better. The other thing is the beginn and the end of the braclet. I have some ideas but i have to try it first before i can say if it works or not. If you want i can show it to you after it figure it out. Greetz fromm germany and paracord on :-)
call it the fence Shawn!!! that sounds nice right? I looked it up too no others called the fence.
Hey, BoredParacord. I just made my own pattern and it is very similar to this one. How do I show the pattern to you?
You do great work, Iam new at this and dont understand how to figure out how much cord I need per inch of measurement. I dont want to be in middle of a bracelet and run out of cord, nor do I want to have to much access.. What do I do? Thanks for your help.
Use more than you need and then measure your scraps when you're done. If you started with 6 feet, made a 7" bracelet, and ended up with two extra feet at the end then you know to only use a little over 4 feet next time make a 7" bracelet (you need a little extra to pull things tight). Another inch of cobra weave usually takes another foot of paracord and you also need to add extra when doubling over. I hope that helps.
Nice work, appreciate the tutorial. Is that clip metal or plastic. Do you have a link for that clip?
what is the name of that black lock?
Definitely making this for my dog 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
+Jop Westra Awesome!!!
Great work Shawn! Have you figured out the name of it. Been looking into it for some time now but nothing is turning up. Please update us if you did. Thanks for the outstanding vid tut. Paracord On!
nice tuto buddy (y)
You should do one like this but instead of running the white straight down you should cris cross them between each s
me agrada demasiado que no sea egoísta y nos muestre como se hacen, felicidades
Love this bracelet!!
To this model can you put anchor pin? You could teach me how please.
I would like to see more tutorials with the guy that did the video of tower of power bracelet. He was very easy to follow and understand.
Great videos the best on UA-cam
i was see watching another video and it had the name for this style of bracelet is the Olympic cobra still do not know who first came up with the design but i hope this was a help
has anyone figured out what this design is called?
cuanto material utilizas para cada diseño?
where did you get the buckle???
do you know a strong weave that doesnt take up a lot of paracord?
Do you have a video for that rainbow bracelet in the upper left corner?
What's the best size for the plastic buckle - 10mm, 15mm, 20mm?
Do you post to the UK?
wow, that's cool:)
How bout the railway paracord?
cuanto material utilizas ?
Got lost in the wild. Would not have survived without this bracelet.
Hey Sean/Shawn (or whatever it is written like) - question: did you gut the paracord for this bracelet? Especially the charcoal-grey strand looks exceptionally flat, like it's only the shell.
thx in advance for the answer and all best wishes to you
+LycanRace It could be 425 cord
LycanRace
do you sell these premade bracelets?
if u end the pattern on the opposite side u started on u can do a couple of salomans and it don't look bad ill post a pic on paracord on.
what size all the strand in video
how many meter
I'd be willing to bet that this particular bracelet would be very popular with Ohio State University
"Buckeye" fans. Seeing as their colors are Scarlet & Gray. With the white weave, it sort of look like a football.
Lindo , como se llama el hilo? Muchas gracias.
I would love knowing how to make that black bracelet in the background, I'm new to this & can't seem to find it. Especially since I don't know what to search for. I'd really appreciate the info!
Amanda Larsson search Rainbow paracord bracelet.
Amanda Larsson
ua-cam.com/video/DbsyNwShCdI/v-deo.html
Its a bootlace breaclet, and you'd have to order the multi color cord off of the bored paracord website
I'm new to paracord I have what may be a dumb question if strip the centre strands out would it look the same only slimmer version bracelet?
It would be kind of flat
+boredparacord Made this today..... i have ptsd.... Very very very very hard I was getting so pissed cuz i couldnt do it... BUT after tearing it apart only 5 times, and 4 hours later, it looks great. Also, figured out an awesome way to tie the end to match the rest!!!!
Lori Kishlock cool, what colors did you use?
Salut
I've had the same experience, but without it ever making a bracelet or getting past 2 "s" figures.
Lori Kishloc
Z
That bracelet look like shrimp
How did u get the 1st 2 cords(red/charcoal) joined together to start? Im new to this.
bill rice It’s called the “Manny Method.” Pretty simple to do. Just type it into the search bar.
When did Paracord knotting go from making practical survival knots to knots on par with pink beaded my pony bracelets?
sae pisan lurr...
Hey! speaking of the end of the bracelet... I finished it without the solomon part, because I didn't like it that way. I laid the 2 white cords over the charcoal one and singed the whities on the back. I also did this with the charcoal and the red one also singeing it on the back. It lookes great because this way it doesn't disturb the look of the bracelet and its pattern isn't interrupted. Thus it perfectly matches the beginning. Wish I could explain it to you better... Hope you know what i mean - just try it out, you'll be amazed :))
Hi
Juliane Breit So does it function OK when you did it that way?
Nice
Excelente
Esta bien, solo que me quedé con la duda de las medidas del paracord, y longitud final del brazalete.
how does the string name
Please tell me how long the cords must be in centimeters. It looks great, I want to rebuild it. Many THX 👍🏻
google convert inches to centimeters. You have to help yourself sometimes too, the creators can't do it all.
and what is the price of this thread
There must be a way to make these without a buckle... for those unknown wrist sizes!
It's called 'Olympics Cobra' by Paraspirit
How many bracelets do you have?
should of been called the thin dragon lol
In one of your previous videos you said that you had over 150 different bracelets I have a idea for you
Quiero hacer una aclaración,vengo siguiendolo pero no sé que pasa que no pone las medidas del paracord no es la primera vez que pasa por favor ponga las medidas cada vez que haga una pulsera, muchas gracias
hey, Sean/Shawn you should call this bracelet "Roll Tide" thought it would be cool
louis west Replace that bright red with crimson and I could totally see that.
louis west Replace that bright red with crimson and I could totally see that.
which type of thread are use in the video
Aaaaryanbhartiya Aaaaryanbhartiya
It is called paracord
Ask or look for 550 Paracord or paracord line
Oh sheeeut!!! U dun messed up.
If I'm not mistaken it is the Ohio State University colors.
very nice. maybe if you had done the red down through that gray loop on the right just before you went across the top prior to the finishing Solomon? and possibly pushing the two white strands down thru that Solomon? i might try that and send you a pic. thanks for everything you do sir!
How long does it usually take to get accepted to the paracord Facebook group??
Ken Marquardt i dunno
what size rope you used
Adnan Sain 7stranded
Wo kann ich kaufen?
Würde es gerne lernen doch sie schlafen beim Zeigen ein. Werde echt jribbelig und aggro beim zugucken. Gibt es das auch etwas flüssiger?
Im no where near as good at this as you are, nor do I have the experience, but it seems to me like a modified shark jaw. You know how the jagged ladder bar is a solomon with another strand down the middle? This is like a skark jaw with two extra strands on the top.
Hi thx for the video, if you do not use the "Olympic" name, what about "RailTrack". It looks like rails. Greetings from Germany
Maybe if you pulled it tight all through making it , at the end it might have ended more uniform after you loosened it up , no ?
And by the way , I sent a few messages asking about colors of paracord on your website. I haven't received an email back.
Peace
Is there a certain way to melt the edges so it doesn't melt the surrounding paracord?
Nope
+Evalie Quinene In my experience, I just don't cut as close and let it melt toward the bracelet.
gostei de mas,você e 10 👍👍👍👍
Daniele Marinho I know right!! Go Bucks!
I think I have a good name for it. Picket Fence. Let me know what you think.
To make it neater ...try hiding all the cords behind the last knot ..that way you don't have any sing mark's on the top or on the sides ...It can be fiddly ..but worth while.
good
Hola paracord mi papi también trabaja con las pulceras
I would call this the "Jacob's ladder"
Found a better way to finish off the end. take cross section, wrap it over the top, continue over under and through, once you have done that wrap all ends around their sides they are one once each till all ends are sticking out through the top. from there you cut them and melt them all together, from there they will not pull through and come undone. if confused about instructions, message me and i will send a picture of what i am talking about
I'd say, make the grey black and call it the Lightsaber.
U mad bro +Spenser Davis
