    Hello Zach,
I introduce myself Alexandre, I am French, I am 31 years old, I measure 1m82 weighs 70kg. I have a heart rate of 48 at rest and 195 bpm of max heart rate. I can not understand English so I use google translate. sorry for word mistakes.
I practice nordic walking in competition. My goal is to improve myself to become one of the best in the world. The events correspond to competitions of 15 kmH and the winner walks at 10 kmH maximum.
I would like to know what you advise me as training and as food. I saw some articles that I translated on google.
What training? What to eat ? What can not eat? Should I calculate everything I eat?
    Thank you

Hi Zach, this is Phil Snow. I've found sone Kroger brand Mayo made with Olive oil, but it is still mostly soybean oil. Where do you find the Avocado mayo and what brands? I haven't seen any here and I really need to stay away from the seed oils having had 4 vessel bypass in 2018.
    Thanks Bro!

In terms of protein balance to stay in ketosis, if you're having 5% carbs, would 75% fat, 20% protein do the trick or is it too much protein?

Hi Zach. Thank you, Great content, tons of info. Appreciate the video ! Critique from the heart, I went to a toastMasters meeting a few times. Replay and count your ahh's and umm's. I believe they are a distraction to your audience. Firstly, and most importantly a very informative video !!
