Don’t think the buildings next to the pool are Hilton Grand Vacations. They look more like The Signature which is the suite part of MGM Grand. I’ve stayed there a few times. A welcome oasis away from the madness of MGM at peak times.
Good view across to the Tropicana Hotel being de-constructed. 1st time I visited Vegas was back in 2013 and we stayed at the Tropicana, to see it like this is unreal after being in and around the hotel and in the pools etc. Keep up the great work mate, luv watching all your Vegas videos as we go back in the summer of '25. Stayed at the Excalibur last time we were there in March '23.
If you type in Naseem Hamed, its one of the documentaries from 2001 little prince I think, he calls the boss of the mgm an he gives him the junior suite at the MGM, had a swim pool in it
Hi Kevin , I would say it’s worth it, mind you if u had another 3 pals there it would have been extremely worth it, but that’s not to be , still a great place mind you , it’s kinda grows on you , it’s different, there is a wee bit of walking to do, mind you I wouldn’t have a problem with that . Cheers 🍻
Nice video, been to the Tropicana many times to visit, getting demolished 9th October at 2.30am with a fireworks show and being replaced with a baseball stadium. it was built in 1957 and was associated with the mob and it frequently hosted A-list stars from Elizabeth Taylor and Debbie Reynolds to Frank Sinatra and Sammy Davis Jr. - and was the hotel that James Bond chose in the popular 1971 flick Diamonds Are Forever. 😊👍Ps back in 1998 when I visited MGM they had an enormous glass tank filled with lions on the casino floor next to the fruit machines, man that was so surreal.😊

That's a Queen twin room Kev. Stayed at the MGM on 2/3 occasions. One of my favourite Hotels, as they have a great sports bar called the Tap Bar.
yip was in that bar on my last trip, thanks for watching the vegas videos.
