I adore the choice to rearrange the verse to reflect their arc this season in chronological order. The fade-out at the ‘I’ll admit that I was glad it was over’ just gave me chills.
@@Dirtfire My first comment was kind of a joke😂😂😂 because in order for that to happen there needs to be more elements in She-Ra... GoT just ended... so only now is GoT relevant.😂😉 However GoT (and Devilman Crybaby) aren't the only ones to do this trope. (Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Voltron: Legendary Defender, ect...) And unlike Dany and Jon, the betrayal in both cases(Catradora and Devilman Crybaby) is early on and there's this "will they, won't they kiss/kill." *SPOILER* at the end of GoT Jon was left with no choice but to kill his beloved and despite what she'd done he DID NOT want to. But "duty is the death of love." In Devilman Crybaby Ryo planned to kill Devilman all along and betrayed him for his/hers own self gain, it was only afterwards that he/she regretted it, having isolated themselves in eternal damnation. In the Catradora case its similar because Catra betrayed Adora early on(its been stated that Adora betrays Catra but that's only a matter of perspective) Adora did not betray Catra she was only trying to do the right thing and make up for her mistake of believing in the Horde. Similarly, Akira "betrays" Ryo when he realizes he's being manipulated and tries to do the right thing. If given the chance I'm sure Akira would have killed Ryo to save the world(similar to GoT, but without the romance aspect because it was onesided on Ryo's part) If given the chance Adora will not kill Catra to save the world and heres why; (so far) shes no where near as big a threat as Dany and Ryo were. (Hordack is, so it's highly likely she could kill him) and (so far) shes not actually a bad person, just self centered and misunderstood, (its how her character has been written) she hasn't actually done anything horribly terrible (just "broke Adoras heart..." like 3 times😅, kidnapped her friends, alive, they were rescued, and she tricked the Princess with the Entrapta thing. Which was really just Entrapa's betrayal that Catra used for laughs. She is a part of the evil horde but she was born and raised there and she isn't as strong as Adora is, she can't just leave everything she's ever known for a world she knows nothing about, a world she's sure has already rejected her) and they haven't gotten to a point in the show where Adora has had to choose the fate of the world over the LIFE of her former best friend (not even a onesided romance has been confirmed and without that it's hard imagine one of them killing the other without a justifiable reason.) Like... Catra killing a Princess, making Adora believe there really is no hope for redemption. Or Scorpia "betraying" Catra (it could happen) and going good, abandoning Catra for the third time (first Adora, then SW, now Scorpia) putting her in a fixed psychotic rage. (I have more examples but I'll stop there) Basically so far the characters of She-ra lack the motivation to go all out like this... And while all these shows have similarities they also have many differences... I actually hope they don't go down this route because I'm hoping that Catra can move on from her fixation on Adora (that she unfortunately inherited from SW) and find herself, becoming her own person and whether she chooses good or evil it will finally be her own choice. And after that I think her and Adora can finally understand each other better and (hopefully!) Make up even if they never be friends (or lovers😉😍😍) again. Because character growth has become a joke lately. Plots are being rushed and endings are becoming anticlimactic... But that concludes my little tidbit 😂😂😂😂😉 I either respond in a sentence or an entire paragraph, there is no in between🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 (I'm so sorry😅😂😅😅)

I know it's just a cartoon but most of us aren't even kids.....it's the way it relates to our own lifes and the sad parts of it that makes us feel emotional...sometimes
