Boomerang is dropped from secret chests (blue chests) you can trade for it the dark boomerang is dropped from black chests (black green chests) you can buy them in the shop with coins or you can trade for them
Sheesh that was years ago when you could do that they have nerfed the boomerang since then you can't repair it so once it's low durability there is nothing you can do to repair it
