চেয়ে আছি সেই ভরসা।
আমার এই ভগ্নদশা যাবে কতদিন পরে।
এবার যদি না পাই চরণ
আবার কি পরি ফ্যারে।।
নদীর জল কূপজল হয় বিল বাওরে পরে রয়
সাধ্য কি সে গঙ্গাতে যায় গঙ্গা না এলে পরে।
জীবের তেমনি ভজন বৃথা
তোমার দয়া নাই যারে।।
যন্তর পড়িয়ে অন্তর রয় যদি লক্ষ বছর
যন্ত্র কভূ বাজতে না পারে যন্ত্রীক বিহনে।
আমি যন্ত্র তুমি যন্ত্রী
সুবোল ধরাও আমারে।।
পতিত পাবন নামটি, শাস্ত্রে শুনেছি খাঁটি
পতিত না ত্বরাও যদি কে ডাকবে ঐ নাম ধরে।

বিজ্ঞজনেরা, আমাকে একটা বিষয় ক্লিয়ার করেন। এখানে সাঈ বলতে সৃষ্টিকর্তাকে বুঝানো হয়েছে। আবার ফকির লালনকেও সাঈজী বলা হয়। আমার কাছে বোধগম্য হয় না।
যেই মুর্শিদ সেই তো রাসূল খোদাও সে হয় হাকিকতে।
অবশ্যই আল্লাহতালার নাম বলা হইতাছে এটা সবার নামের আগে মোহাম্মদ থাকে সবার নামের পিছনে সাঁই থাকে তারা সকলেই সকল গানই একমাত্র স্রষ্টার ইবাদত করে ভালো করে গানগুলো শুনুন বুঝতে পারবেন তারা লালন কে প্রভু মানে না প্রভু মানে এক আল্লাহতায়ালাকে
