Monster SHARK Fishing in Islamorada 4-18-2012

We left Bud N' Mary's Marina on 4-18-2012 aboard the Bn'M in search of MONSTER SHARKS. After catching a few amberjack's for bait we set out for giant sharks. Around lunch time we hooked and landed a double header of MONSTER TIGER SHARKS! After snapping some pics and shooting some video the sharks were RELEASED to fight another day. At the end of the day we got one more bight and released a nice Hammerhead Shark.

We use the same rod we swordfish with. It's a Key Largo Rod with a shimano tiagra 80 wide. We use 80 lb TUF - LINE. I only change it when I break the line, which isn't very often.
