To get to solids is not a one size fit all, doesn’t come by osmosis, not freedom for all. It’s a decision to work your salvation with trembling and fear, it requires time with the Holy Spirit, reading God s word, purity of heart and mind. Being an adult doesn’t = to solid food. This was figure of speech and not literal meaning . Google the interpretation or find UA-cam teaching on this scripture hopefully it will explain better
