I'm about to buy about 4 of them on eBay. They're beautiful but I don't know the sizes. It's a risky purchase because I want to be able to use them an refill them with powder or blushes. This was helpful thanks
Thank you, I have a vintage case, but I haven’t been able to find the make up that fix inside, I live in Miami, never heard of Boots, I’ll try Walmart or CVS.
@@caridadmacias9903 I live in England, the make up I use is Maxfactor cremepuff - I hope that helps? It is a pressed powder. www.boots.com/max-factor-creme-puff-powder-compact-10185205?cm_mmc=bmm-buk-google-ppc-_-PLAs_HeroCompare-_-Beauty_Low_ROAS-_-UK_Smart_Shopping_Beauty_Low_ROAS&gclid=CjwKCAjwoIqhBhAGEiwArXT7K4-L5gKxSDYIIr7hkZTEuxfmxWCUj6FcpJ1nYBNBjXDKJ5DBMrRrvhoCojgQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds
Do you know how to get rid of the scratches on the top where the enamel/and design part is without ruining it? I have a black Stratton butterfly compact and I think it has a black enamel top on it like the rose one you have but it’s very scratched up and I want to get rid of the scratches without ruining the design or messing up the enamel
Unfortunately I don't know how to fix that, I'm sorry I couldn't help you there. Maybe if you are crafty you could pour some resin over it or seal it somehow?
This is a great "how to"! Really enjoy your diverse and luxurious style!
oh, thank you so much xxx love your comments xxx
What about putting some isopropyl alcohol in the hole to dissolve the glue?

Just bought one so this was really helpful. What brands do you know sell products that fit?
I know maxfactor creme puff fits as I have used that, it is also affordable.
