If you can't find a trailer with sound fx and dialogue only you can still get it like that, but it takes some searching and a little work. The way to do that is to find 5:1 trailers where the sound is split up for surround. The voice and sound fx are normally on the centre track so you just delete that and you get just the sound fx. Also you can manually cut up any sound sections to remove the unwanted music if there is any.

Are you really allowed to use the video as a demo for your portfolio? I always held back doing this because confusion about copyrights
I have to try this, Thanks!!!
Great work!!! Sounds nice
It sounds awesome compared to the original! Bravo job Steven.
Great video I’m thinking of doin this. Did you get the dialogue from the original audio as well.
Good work Stevie - hope you get to score a full film at some point
Thanks Anthony!
Thank you Steve
Did you enter the Westworld competition on spitfire a few months back? Was a cool exercise for scoring an action scene
Alan Hughes I didn’t but I enjoyed hearing other people’s submissions!
Also How did you get the dialogues without the music
MceN Music Type in ‘Movie Trailer No Music’ into UA-cam search 😀
Ahhh cool, I was wondering that too
@@Steven_Beddall Excellent! Thanks for responding :)
hey, which Sample library have you used for scoring this?
Also Brilliant score!
MceN Music Keepforest libraries and Spitfire mostly!
@@Steven_Beddall Nicee! Which spitfire ones to be precise?
@@syndikateofficial Aperture Strings and Eric Whitacre Choir for the most part
Would you use the pictures from the trailer with the music in your portfolio?
I guess that could cause legal problems?
LHA02 Wouldn’t likely become a legal issue, the non music trailers have disclaimers on them that they’re for educational purposes.

Fuzzeke But couldn’t such a rescored trailer in a portfolio be regarded as commercial when used to sell your services?
