Transmitter schema 1n4007 diode there is a reverse connection. Can the receiver have bc557 instead of bc547 in the schematic? Shouldn't it pull leg number 6 to positive? I think there are some errors in the circuit diagram. Thank you.
You are absolutely correct. Thank you very much on pointing this. That was a mistake while drawing the circuit from rough book. Earlier design do not has these diodes. It was added for enabling all 8 channels by passing a LOW to the the MSB data pin of Ht12E. Please see the updated circuit in the google drive. Receiver circuit is correct. I have cross checked it.
I suggest you to make this 8 channel and make it work. Don't make switching circuits. We will test using LED. After that I will guide you to change it to 5 channels. You already spend more time on this. This is the short cut idea

That is for setting the address to ur rf transmitter and receiver. Else if your neighbour is also making the same circuit and if he presses the switch in his transmitter then it will enable ur receiver. Setting address will block that
If I want to separate the receiving circuit into separate circuits with one transmitting circuit, how can that be done? Also, do I have to use a custom address to set the address for each of the receiving circuits? Thank you.
@@s_ja1935 Transmitter and receiver should be using same address. That means your 4 receiving module and the single transwmiiter address should be same.

There was a mistake in the transmitter circuit. The assembling was correct , but when i draw the circuit from the rough book i accidently made the mistake. Al the 1N4007 diode in the transmistterr was reversed. It was pointed by @harunkaramuklu1460 and I confirmed the same. drive.google.com/file/d/105YTJDqPoRAZRxevf05e_yZhoDVlu-SA/view?usp=sharing. This has updated circuit.
I think the problem is not with the diode I want to know which exit 74148 corresponds to it in 74138 here lies the problem when I click on swicth The LED for the signal is working, but the LED for loads is not responding, here is the problem

4 and 8 connected to ground. 74138 Pin 4, 5 and 8 are connected to ground.
